Seasonal cancellation deadlines apply, within which cancellation is possible free of charge:

• Summer season (May – November) up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest.
• Winter season (December – April) up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest.

If cancellation occurs after the respective valid cancellation period has expired, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed total price will be due. Cancellation must be made in writing. We kindly ask you to announce cancellations as early as possible to avoid short-term occupancy losses.

Non-Refundable Rate When booking a non-refundable rate, free cancellation or modification is not possible. The agreed total price is due immediately after booking.
